This was a fun one to work on (and that I can now talk about!); Brandon Burmeister and I represented the owner, Rubicon Point Partners, LLC, on this lease at The Colonial at Seneca Steps located at 1122 Post Ave. It's an awesome building and having a tenant such as The Tomb Raider Experience Seattle: Escape from the Temple of Fire open up in our Post Alley space is a win for all parties involved.

Huge thank you/shout out to Tyler Barnes and Jaxson Maurer who represented the tenant in this transaction. It was great to work with them both and I hope we get to do more deals together in the future.

The Tomb Raider Experience Seattle: Escape from the Temple of Fire is aiming to open this fall and I'm looking forward to checking it out myself!
