Andrew Tangas is a highly experienced individual with a diverse background focused on building partnerships for public good. Andrew holds a Master of Social Policy from the University of Melbourne, where he explored perceptions of a Universal Basic Income in the Australian mainstream news media. He also has Bachelor's degrees in Arts (Politics and Sociology) from La Trobe University and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Melbourne.

Throughout his career, Andrew has held significant roles including Government Relations and Advocacy Officer at Orygen, The National Centre of Excellence in Youth Mental Health, Head of Strategy and Fundraising at The Australian Environmental Films Association, Partnerships Manager at The Foundation for Young Australians (FYA), Fellow, Executive Assistant to CEO, and Special Projects Manager at Atlas Corps, and Government Relations Coordinator at FYA.
