Andrew Tay is a seasoned professional with expertise in the thermomechanical reliability of solar PV modules and microelectronics packaging, thermal management of electronic systems and batteries for electric vehicles, numerical simulations, solar photovoltaics, solar thermal energy utilization, and fracture mechanics.
