AB InBev Africa's #GRIT initiative fosters collaborative economic growth   Those who know me know that I am convinced of the power of #entrepreneurship to drive meaningful change. And this ethos is shared across the AB InBev Africa leadership. That's why we launched and have been nurturing Growing Retailers Innovatively Together (GRIT), a programme designed to support the hard-working retailers in our value chain. #GRIT is built on a commitment to inclusive, collaborative and sustainable growth, welcoming retailers at all stages of their journey.   Here's how #GRIT prepares participants for success:   Retailer Development Programme: Participants receive crucial training in entrepreneurship, digital literacy, and financial management. This equips them with the knowledge and confidence to navigate business complexities.    Personalised Growth: Beyond education, #GRIT offers ongoing mentorship and coaching, tailored to each retailer's needs. This support helps them apply new skills and develop sustainable growth strategies. #GRIT symbolises AB InBev Africa’s dedication to community support.    By partnering with local entrepreneurs, we not only help foster economic growth but also aim to ignite positive change across Africa.   #ABInBevAfrica #GRIT #Africa #EconomicGrowth #RetailerDevelopment   Carlos Coutiño Michelle Kilpin, Adu Rando, Diaan (DJ) Kruger Thais Cavinatto Carlos Daniel Bernitt Arroyo Galo R. From grain to glass, women help craft AB InBev's signature brews across Africa.   South Africa celebrates Women's Month in August and in particular today, on Women’s Day, AB InBev Africa raises a glass in celebration of the exceptional women who are transforming the brewing industry. From sustainability to innovation and beyond, women are leading the change in creating a forward-thinking brewing industry.   It is also an opportune time for me to recognise and celebrate the incredible women who are leading the way in my team, and in Legal and Corporate affairs more generally, across #Africa. We are proud to work alongside these women who ensure that our company acts with integrity and that work tirelessly to improve the lives of our communities. Thank you Lauren Wilson, Teresa Umeakunne, Mesiya Mwangoka, and Temitope Oguntokun for your immense contribution and here’s to a #FutureWithMoreCheers!   Happy Women’s Month to all who inspire us. #WomensDay
