With a programming background, he initially focused on engineering and user feedback before expanding into other aspects of JustAnswer's business operations.

Before establishing JustAnswer, Andy was the CEO of eBenefits, a company that collaborated with major corporations like ADP and Marsh & McLennan, securing $8 million in venture capital funding and eventually selling the business. Additionally, he founded Anser, a software developer for the newspaper industry.

Being an angel investor, Andy has a successful track record with investments in companies like StubHub (acquired by eBay) and iLike (acquired by MySpace). He is actively involved in philanthropy, co-founding the annual Royal Ball to support the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
