Dr. Andy Nixon is a highly accomplished professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in the field of biochemistry and biotechnology.

He earned his B.Sc. in Biochemistry from Bangor University, followed by a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of London, and further pursued post-doctoral research at Penn State University in the Department of Chemistry.

Dr. Nixon has held several key leadership positions in renowned organizations, notably serving as the Vice President of Biotherapeutics Molecule Discovery at Boehringer Ingelheim, and previously as the Vice President of Biotherapeutic Discovery at Magenta Therapeutics.

His previous roles include leadership positions such as Vice President of Discovery Research, Senior Director of Biochemistry, Director of Biochemistry, Associate Director of Research & Technology, and Senior Scientist in various departments at Dyax.

Dr. Nixon's expertise spans across biotherapeutics, lead discovery, biochemistry, and molecular discovery, showcasing his comprehensive knowledge and skills in the biopharmaceutical industry.
