Dr. Andy Young is a former hostage and crisis negotiator with extensive experience in psychology and law enforcement.23 He served as a Professor of Psychology and Counseling at Lubbock Christian University from 1996 until his retirement in 2022.3 Young has been involved with various law enforcement agencies, including:
