Anie Perrault is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, specializing in communications and public affairs related to genomic research and biotechnology.

She graduated in Law from the University of Ottawa in 1992 and commenced her career at Phillips & Vineberg (now Davies, Ward, Phillips & Vineberg) until 1995.

Anie Perrault currently serves as the Managing Director of BioQuébec since 2014 and previously held the position of Vice President at Génome Canada from 2001 to 2007.

Additionally, she is a member of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, where she adjudicates discrimination cases and upholds the Canadian Human Rights Act.

An accredited mediator at the Quebec Mediation and Arbitration Institute, Anie Perrault received the Certified Corporate Director (ASC) title from the Université Laval's College of Corporate Directors in 2013.

She is the President of the Board of Directors at Génome Québec, where she has been an administrator since 2016. Anie Perrault also serves on the boards of Loto-Québec, Fondation Jeanne Mance, and previously on the board of Université de Sherbrooke.

An active figure in municipal politics, Anie Perrault was elected as a municipal councillor in Bromont in 2009 and also served as Vice President of the Network of Municipal Female Elected Officials of Montérégie-East, advocating for women in municipal politics.

Her extensive career encompasses roles like Press Secretary, Communications Director, and Senior Advisor to the Right Honourable Joe Clark, as well as Political Advisor to federal elected officials from 1989 to 2000.

Anie Perrault has a diverse educational background, including certifications in Certified Corporate Directorship, Mediation Accreditation, and a degree in Civil Law from the University of Ottawa.
