Aniyia Williams is a distinguished systempreneur, creator, inventor, tech changemaker, and investor with a passion for fostering ethical and sustainable innovation within the tech industry.

With a focus on promoting diversity and inclusivity, Aniyia founded Black & Brown Founders, a nonprofit empowering Black and Latinx entrepreneurs to launch tech ventures.

She co-founded Zebras Unite, an entrepreneur-led movement advocating for a more ethical and sustainable startup ecosystem, as well as being a founding member of the Black Innovation Alliance, a coalition supporting Black innovators.

Aniyia's entrepreneurial journey includes founding Tinsel, a fashion tech company renowned for inventing the world's first audio necklace designed by women for women, filling a gap in the electronics market.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Aniyia accrued experience in marketing, business development, and nonprofit fundraising, leveraging a background in the arts as a classically-trained opera singer to excel as a speaker, moderator, and panelist.

Her thought leadership spans a diverse range of topics including leadership, responsible innovation, reimagining capitalism, and fostering new economies, alongside advocating for alternative capital and corporate structures.

Aniyia Williams pursued her education at Penn State University, studying Baccalaureate in Music, Business, and Italian, grounding her interdisciplinary approach to her professional endeavors.
