As expected, extremely pathetic customer support from State Bank of India. Branch customer care as usual not answering the calls. The employees passing on the issue from one desk to another and Contact centre has limited control over the issue.
It baffles me how can they still continue to lead this sector with such pathetic customer empathy and service!
I urge State Bank of India to take immediate action to address these shortcomings. Invest in proper training for employees, ensure efficient call centre support, and prioritize customer needs above all else. Only then can you truly live up to your reputation and regain the trust of your customers.
