Dr. Ann Catherine Scott is the Dalton Tomlin Professor of Clinical Ethics and Health Policy and Associate Director of Health Policy at the Center for Medical Ethics and Health Policy at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Biopsychology from the University of Colorado Boulder, a Master's degree in Ethics and Policy from Stanford University, and a PhD in Policy, Bioethics, and Neuroethics from The University of British Columbia. With a strong background in biopolicy research, higher education, biolaw, technology transfer, intellectual property, and bioethics, Dr. Scott's research focuses on the ethical, legal, social, and policy implications of emerging biotechnologies and clinical medicine.
