In episode 2 of my podcast, we explore what it actually takes to change, with a simple process that can bring mind-blowing results.
If you have a reaction or feeling that’s not serving you, a habit you want to create or break, an urge or craving you want to dissolve – you can rewire your brain to bring you the experience you do want, using the same process that created the situation in the first place.

Episode 1 of my new podcast, The Naked Art of Living, is live! The podcast explores what's on the other side of success, and the first episode is about the experience of starting.
On the surface, it’s just a podcast, just another medium of content dissemination. But for me, it’s felt like a multi-decades-long pregnancy and birth process (I wish I was joking) – growing and stretching while gingerly sticking my neck out, yikes!, scampering back down into my hiding spot, over and over again, until finally coming out into the bright light of using my voice and sharing myself in a way I realize I had stopped doing a very long time ago. None of us belong in a hiding spot like that.
I can do a lot on my own, but this process was about learning to do the opposite – to take the hand that was reaching out to me, and accept the support and love that turns out to be everywhere. There have been so many hands over the past few months, and years, and lifetime.
