Grateful for the opportunity to participate in the panel "The European Parliament in the New Term: Regulatory Priorities" at the Economic Forum in Karpacz. We had an insightful discussion on the challenges and opportunities of the European Green Deal, focusing on its impact on Polish agriculture and food production.

At McDonald's, the long-term resilience of our supply chain is essential. Through our direct suppliers, we source products from hundreds of thousands of farmers, including 80,000 farms in Poland alone. That’s why we are committed to promoting regenerative agriculture within our value chain in Europe and beyond, partnering closely with suppliers and producers who are dedicated to more sustainable practices.

Thank you for the engaging discussion: 🔹 @Krzysztof Hetman, Member of the European Parliament 🔹 Ewelina Szczech-Pietkiewicz, Head of the European Union Department at the Warsaw School of Economics 🔹 Małgorzata Bojańczyk , Director of the Polish Association for Sustainable Agriculture and Food 🔹 Marcin Nowacki, Vice-President of the Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers Special thanks to our moderator, Karolina Zbytniewska, Editor-in-Chief of EurActiv.pl.
