Anna Pietraszko is a passionate arts executive, music educator, double-bassist, choral conductor, and activist dedicated to reinstating music's vital role in the education and development of young individuals.

Starting as a volunteer in 2009, Anna swiftly rose to become the Managing Director and then the Executive Director of Miami Music Project, showcasing remarkable energy, commitment, and organizational skills in advancing the organization's mission, strategies, financial goals, and day-to-day operations.

With a solid pedagogical foundation, Anna spearheaded the implementation of innovative El Sistema-inspired initiatives in Miami Music Project, driving its growth and success.

She holds a Masters in Music Education from the Szymanowski Academy of Music in Poland, a Graduate Certificate in Double Bass Performance from the University of Southern California, and has enriched her expertise through executive education programs at Columbia and Harvard Business Schools.

Anna's dedication to education is evident through her teaching experiences with children in challenging neighborhoods of Miami and Los Angeles, emphasizing her commitment to empowering young learners through music.

An advocate of philanthropy, Anna co-founded and leads the annual Summer Trombone Festival in Poland, serves as a Board Member of El Sistema USA, a National Alliance of El Sistema Inspired Programs, and actively participates as a grants panelist for various Florida-based organizations.
