Highlights
I've asked for advice, insight and help from so many over the years. There are a ton of mentors and peers in this industry to look up to. I'm thankful and appreciative for all of them. There certainly is no step by step blueprint to get to where you want to go, but here are some tips for anyone who is interested. Still so much to learn everyday. Thanks for the platform Northeastern University!

I thought it was important to share this story now, more than ever, to really highlight the fact that the National Basketball Association (NBA) commitment to respect and integrity, along with it's core values of diversity and inclusion, are as real as ever. I've always been proud to be part of the NBA Family and there have been so many people that supported me and helped me develop. I want to be in a position to give back and share any guidance or advice to anyone - male or female - who has a sincere desire to learn and develop in the sports industry.
Also, I am thankful to Northeastern University for writing this story on me. I don't know any other school that would make multiple internships and study abroad sessions available to their students. For me, it was Travel + Leisure Magazine, Boston Bruins, Australia, Greece, Mexico and Hawaii - along with a major and minor in 3.5 years. I truly hope other students take advantage of these opportunities!
