Highlights
The holiday season is when copywriting gets ugly—and this sale season is especially long and drawn-out. As usual, Patagonia flipped the script, with such fine two-word elegance this year, to draw attention to something that matters. Loved seeing this in my inbox among the Black Friday "savings". 👏 https://lnkd.in/euTWDdXx
This was my final week at Outerknown. I feel SO lucky to have worked for a brand that aligns with my environmental values and is relentlessly committed to circularity. It’s amazing to see what a small but mighty team has accomplished in a short amount of time to further sustainable innovation and drive the industry forward.
Collaboration has been key — over the last 2.5+ years, I worked with the creative team to shape our storytelling and celebrate innovations with partners including EON, Aquafil Group, Ellen MacArthur Foundation, Fair Trade USA, Candiani Denim , Bureo Inc, The Woolmark Company, RAREFORM, TOMS, Seea (and many many more).
Special thanks to John Moore for bringing me onto the team and to Megan Stoneburner for being a powerful planetary force and female mentor. Can’t wait to see what the team continues to accomplish. Going forward, I’m excited to apply my expertise in circularity and sustainability on some upcoming freelance projects. Please reach out if you’d like to connect! #circularity #sustainability
