Annette Hickey is the Chairman of the Contact Centre Managers Association and the former Head of eircom's Campaign Centre TSS.

With a background in the Telecoms and Contact Centre Industries, Annette's career journey began in marketing at Eircom in 1999 after working as a Brand Manager in the FMCG sector with Glanbia.

Her roles at Eircom evolved over the years, leading to significant appointments such as Head of Eircom's eChannel, where she focused on transitioning customer transactions to an online platform, and later as Head of TSS, Eircom's campaign call centre and a vital sales channel for the company.

Annette's notable achievements include steering the TSS Contact Centre to win prestigious awards in Ireland, EMEA, and globally in 2006, setting high standards for excellence in the industry.

She recently completed a Masters in Organisational Behaviour at Trinity College Dublin, receiving an Award for Excellence for her research on Contact Centre Churn. Annette also holds a degree in Marketing from the Irish Management Institute.

In addition to her impressive professional journey, Annette is actively involved in industry organizations, serving as the Chairman of the Call Centre Managers Association and as an Advisory Board Member of the European Confederation of Contact Centre Organisations (ECCCO).
