Annie Osborne is a passionate and experienced program manager with a strong background in local and international politics and policy.

She holds a Master's Degree in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy from Duke University.

Annie has a diverse educational background, including studying abroad at New York University in Madrid.

Her professional experience includes roles such as Program Director, Strategic Partnerships at the National League of Cities, where she has also held positions as Program Manager and Senior Specialist.

Prior to her current role, she served as Program Manager in Political and Civic Engagement at Vital Voices Global Partnership and as a Senior Program Coordinator at the same organization.

Annie has also worked in communications consulting at The Messina Group, as well as in political campaign roles such as Deputy Finance Director at O'Malley for President and Finance Associate at O'PAC.

Her experience extends to various internships, including National Security Program Intern at New America Foundation, Get Out the Vote Coordinator at Ed Markey for Senate, and Hispanic Outreach Intern at the Democratic National Committee.

Annie's dedication to public service is evident through her roles as a Teaching Assistant at Duke University and as a Summer Consultant at Social Entrepreneur Corps.

She excels in program management, written and oral communications, social media, relationship-building, and community engagement.
