Anthea Darychuk is a passionate professional with over 15 years of experience in community engagement, sustainability, and program management, with a focus on resource extraction activities benefiting local and Indigenous communities.

She holds a Masters of Public Health with a specialization in Public Health Policy and Global Health Promotion, providing her with a strong foundation in program implementation, evaluation, community involvement strategies, and statistical analysis.

Anthea is fluent in Spanish and possesses excellent communication skills, including workshop development and delivery, as well as expertise in qualitative research methodologies.

Her diverse work experience spans over 11 countries, enabling her to adapt easily to various contexts while upholding professional standards.

Anthea has held key roles in organizations such as The Castlemain Group, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, ERM: Environmental Resources Management, Teck Resources Limited, and the Ontario Ministry of Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation, among others.

She has also been involved in projects related to community engagement, social performance, economic development, public health policy, human rights, and sustainability.

Anthea's educational background includes a Masters degree from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor's degree from the University of Guelph, and several certificates in project management, Indigenous studies, and marketing.
