Anthony Mace is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in helping organizations develop successful digital products and services through a combination of research and design. He has worked with a diverse clientele ranging from central and local government, international brands, national charities, to small start-ups. Anthony excels in roles such as practitioner, consultant, trainer, and mentor.

Anthony Mace pursued his academic interests by obtaining a Master's degree at the prestigious Royal College of Art and a Bachelor of Arts with honors from Kingston University.

Throughout his career, Anthony has held key positions in various renowned organizations, including his current role as the Human Centred Design Lead at NHS Test & Trace/UKHSA. He previously served as the Service Design Lead at the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, Department of Health and Social Care (NHS Test & Trace), and as an Associate Lecturer at the University of the West of England. Moreover, he was the Founding Partner/Director at Mace & Menter, where he led the Service Design department. Anthony's expertise extends to roles such as Service Designer, UX Consultant, User Researcher, Senior User Experience Consultant, Freelance Interaction Designer, and Interaction and Service Designer.
