Anthony Rivero

Anthony Rivero was the Assistant Director of the Pepperdine Volunteer Center (PVC) at Pepperdine University.12 He joined the PVC staff in 2013 and became Assistant Director in 2018.1 Rivero oversaw various service projects and programs, including Jumpstart, Step Forward Day, and Project Serve.1

Rivero holds a Bachelor of Arts from UC Irvine, a Master of Arts in American Studies from Pepperdine University, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.2

In 2021, Rivero's position was eliminated when Pepperdine University dissolved the entire Volunteer Center department due to budgetary and strategic changes.1 After leaving Pepperdine, Rivero has continued his career in student affairs and is currently working at Loyola Marymount University.2
