At South Summit in Madrid, I was thrilled to join Tharun from ECOSTP and Gilad Goren from Nature Tech Collective to discuss how investing in nature is the key to solving the climate and nature crisis.
At a conference predominantly focused on technology, it was refreshing to highlight that true innovation often means looking back at how Nature addresses challenges. Today, I wanted to take a moment to share a personal and heartfelt update as I recently moved with my family back home and embarked on an exciting new chapter in my professional journey.
After an incredible 13 years at Alter Eco humbly demonstrating that #regenerativeagriculture practices and #compostablepackaging can and should be the norm in the chocolate industry, I’m excited to start a new professional chapter at PUR, a company also founded by the visionary Tristan Lecomte to help companies and farming communities reconnect with the ecosystems they depend upon.
At Alter Eco I had the privilege of working alongside some of the most talented and inspiring individuals in the food and chocolate industry, truly impulsing a systemic change to regenerate our food systems (special shout-out to Petra Heid, Carla Martin, Altair Rodriguez, Etelle Higonnet and Darcy Shiber-Knowles). I’m incredibly grateful for the countless memories, experiences, and friendships I cultivated during my time there, and they will forever hold a special place in my heart (big thoughts to our HR mama Lauren and the Marketing team Stephanie, Amber, Lindsey, Kelsey, Cat, Ashley and Pilar). And of course, thank you Mathieu, Edouard and Kate for your vision, passion and dedication. I’ve grown both professionally and personally under your leadership and bring with me your kindness, ethics, and values.
As I dive into this new phase, I'm incredibly grateful for all the passionate and creative minds out there working towards a better future for our planet.
