"Someone recently told us, 'You've built the 3rd generation of assessments!'"
It's an exciting evolution, reflecting how far we've come:
In the industrial age, 1st generation assessments utilised paper tests to evaluate basic knowledge and skills, ideal for the static and predictable work roles of the time.
The 2nd generation, during the digital revolution, moved from paper to digital formats. This shift expanded the scope of assessments to include soft skills, better adapting to the evolving complexities of job roles.
Now, in the 3rd generation, we are crafting experiential assessments designed for today’s dynamic workplaces and the diverse needs of a new generation of talent. These assessments focus on generating holistic, role-specific intelligence that helps companies make the most informed decisions across all talent journeys.
Imagine having a deep understanding of an individual's skills and aspirations, along with the needs of your organisation - you could shape every talent decision - hiring, talent development, career growth, internal mobility and much more. That's what the 3rd generation looks like, and we're glad to be a part of it!
