Navigating the Sales Automation Maze?

Been there, done that. Didn't find any "magic automation tool" either! 😅 What I did find, though, were some eye-opening insights from industry leaders.

We’ve revamped our outbound strategy – less emails and social messages, more impactful conversations. Why, you ask? 🤔

  1. Target Engagement: We dive deep into our target accounts, interacting with their content. Yes, it might not always be about our solution, but it fosters relationships and sparks conversations about our offerings. 🤝

  2. Reverse Personalisation : We shifted gears from spending hours on a single prospect to letting them take the lead. We listen, and then reach out. No, personalising doesn't mean congratulating them on their newborn before they've announced it! Trust me, I’ve been there and it was awkward! 😓

  3. Mutual Growth: We're all in this together, right? So, we started lending a hand to our fellow businesses. Giving is the new receiving, after all. 😍

  4. Leveraging AI: GPT has been our new best friend. It assists us in deciphering various topics, crafting better messages, and enhancing our social engagements. Let's remember – AI is our ally, not our replacement.

  5. Empathy: We donned our buyer's shoes, understanding their approach towards our offering. Feedback before contracts has been our motto. Soft selling has made our buyers more comfortable, ensuring a win-win situation. 👍

💡We've been through a whirlwind of changes – some great, some still in the making. If there's one key takeaway, it's this: Instead of burning through your prospect list, invest in understanding your buyers, and build strong relationships before making your ask.

If you're looking for outbound strategy advice, my door's always open - and guess what, it's FREE! 😅

To all my fellow outbound veterans, I'd love to hear your take on our fresh approach. So don’t hesitate to share your thoughts in the comments below! 👇🏻😊
