Andrea Davidovich

Andrea "Anya" Davidovich, born on March 24, 1997, is a former competitive pair skater who represented Israel.1 She and her skating partner, Evgeni Krasnopolski, were the first pair representing Israel to qualify for the Olympics, finishing 15th at the Sochi Winter Olympics.1

Early Life and Career: Davidovich was born in Burlington, Vermont, and raised in New Jersey; she holds dual citizenship in the United States and Israel.12 Before teaming up with Krasnopolski, she skated with Ivan Gyliaev and placed first in Juvenile Duet at the 2009 U.S. Figure Skating National Showcase.1 In 2010, she became an independent member of U.S. Figure Skating.1

Partnership with Evgeni Krasnopolski: At sixteen, Davidovich was chosen to partner with Evgeni Krasnopolski.2 Together, they achieved significant milestones, including a 7th place finish at the European Championships and qualifying for the Sochi Olympics.2 They also won gold at the Golden Spin of Zagreb in December 2013.13

Post-Skating Career: Currently, Anya Davidovich is a software engineer at Amazon Web Services (AWS).45 She is also a yoga teacher and yoga nidra enthusiast.5 She studied International Affairs & Economics.
