Aria Finger, the current Chief of Staff to investor and philanthropist Reid Hoffman, is a seasoned business leader with a remarkable journey from an entry-level position to CEO of the largest global organization focused on young people and social change, boasting over 5 million members.

During her tenure, she was instrumental in the growth of DoSomething.org, increasing staff from 6 to 65 members and membership from 150,000 to over 5 million. Aria established partnerships with top companies like Microsoft, GM, CVS Health, American Express, and many others, showcasing her prowess in business development.

In 2013, Aria founded DoSomething Strategic (DSS), a boutique strategy agency aimed at sharing expertise in GenZ and Purpose from DoSomething.org. DSS contributed over $5 million to support DoSomething's expansion, highlighting her commitment to social causes and organizational growth.

Passionate about data, fluent in Spanish, and known for her candid communication style, Aria is dedicated to advocating for social, economic, and criminal justice causes. Her vision includes facilitating TEDx conferences in prisons across the nation, showcasing her innovative and inclusive approach to social change.

Aria Finger holds a BA in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis and has pursued executive education programs at prestigious institutions like Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and the University of Virginia Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy.

With an extensive professional background, Aria has held key roles in various organizations such as Board Member at Ameelio, Young Global Leader at World Economic Forum, Strategic Consultant at ParentsTogether Foundation, Advisory Board Member at Vityl, and CEO of Do Something among others. She has also served as an Adjunct Professor at New York University and contributed to initiatives at Care for the Homeless.
