So, the term "DEI Hire" seems to be gaining traction. In the last week, it has been applied to the former US Secret Service Director, Kimberly Cheatle and to Vice President Kamala Harris. Before responding to this made-up term, I've been asking people to define it for me. It's never our responsibility to have a response for something that someone else made up.
