Before Stanford, Arinze worked in venture capital across Kenya and Nigeria as part of the investment team at The Fund for Africa's Future.1 He co-founded Kenga, an independent culture publication documenting African Gen Z communities.1 Arinze started his career as a content designer at Meta in London and co-founded EarlyAdmit, a coaching platform for underrepresented minority students applying to top MBA programs.1

Arinze graduated as valedictorian from the African Leadership University in Mauritius with a degree in Business Management.1 He then pursued a master's degree in Global Affairs at Tsinghua University as a Schwarzman Scholar.1 Notably, he became the first student from an African university to be offered admission to the deferred MBA programs at both Harvard Business School and Stanford Graduate School of Business.12

Arinze has received several honors, including being named a ROMBA Fellow and BOLD Fellow at Stanford Graduate School of Business, a Skoll Fellow by The Skoll Foundation, and a RIVET20 Awardee.1 He currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Queer African Network and is an investor in the Stanford GSB Impact Fund.1
