Highlights
Hey everyone, I wanted to share a little project I've been working on in the AI space. It's called Homa, and it's an LLM-powered application that can help you buy a home on your own, without an Agent.
With the big changes to Real Estate commissions that went into effect over the weekend, many Home Buyers are going to struggle to find a way to pay tens of thousands to a Buyer’s Agent out of their own pockets. 39% have difficulty even coming up with a downpayment on their home, let alone pay thousands extra for an Agent.
Homa acts as an AI Real Estate Agent, helping users analyze comparable properties, price offers, understand escrow, and generally guide them through each step of the home buying process. We've trained it on real estate practices across all 50 states to ensure it's as comprehensive and accurate as possible.
Please help me get the word out and share, follow, and try it out if you can. It's early days so any feedback is good feedback. Thanks all.
