Highlights
I'm looking forward to sharing the stage with Elianne Leeffers 🌎🚽💩, Astrid Bruinsma - Eggink, and Marjolein van Tilburg 🤙🏻 at the next Women in Technology World Series event in Amsterdam tomorrow (June 26)!
Drop by our 12:10pm session to hear us talk about the journeys, challenges, and successes as Founders, that happen to be women. Hope to see you there!
A big shout out to Carly W. and the Dutch Startup Association for hosting this session.
Over the past 4 years we have seen and heard a lot when it comes to mental health, well-being and what organisations should and should not do. At Quan - employee well-being, our firm belief is that it should be defined and measured properly and that budget needs to move beyond therapy and coaching for individuals to more structured support for leadership and teams. Only then, can you address systemic topics and support managers and employees in addressing "the harder things to fix".
A shout out to Tjahny Bercx for calling this out in his latest interview with CHRO.nl (in Dutch):
“As an HR leader, it's not enough to just focus on individual well-being. It is more effective and innovative to tackle absenteeism at team level as well, by investing in the well-being of teams and supporting them in finding solutions."
