Previously used internally, this benchmark is designed to assess model capabilities before deployment in real client use cases. It utilizes synthetic data derived from actual Thai customer scenarios across various industries.
The scoring system is multifaceted, evaluating both answer accuracy and the ability to follow Thai language prompts. To ensure impartiality, an LLM serves as the judge.
