Earlier, he attended NDMC Navyug School in Sarojini Nagar, where he focused on Humanities and Humanistic Studies, fostering a well-rounded worldview that would later inform his business practices and social initiatives.
In 1997, Arun co-founded Ullas Trust, an organization devoted to inspiring young minds from economically challenged backgrounds. Last year, on the same day (21st Feb 2023), Intellect Design Arena Ltd announced the launch of its First Principle Technology suite, eMACH.ai, for strategic thinking Bankers.
Technology innovations in past inherited principles of “Maximisation and Optimisation” from MBA schools’ thinking. These principles were challenged by Silicon Valley thinkers and aligned them to “Customer unmet desires and Opportunities” and created a new thought leader school named Design Thinking.
eMACH.ai brings Customers, whether Retail, HNI, SME, or Corporate, to the centre and looks at what events happen in their lives where they need financial services. Based on events, financial institutions design products or services to ensure regulatory and customer benefit solutions. This new way of responding to the customers we call ‘Microservices’ among the tech fraternity. Now, to fulfil the complete services from approval to credit decisioning to Risk compliance to regulatory reporting, this Microservice will need to collaborate with other services. The Tech fraternity names the agreed protocol of defined agreement with other services as API - Application Programming Interface.
Intellects eMACH.ai Technology leveraged the smartness of the Cloud to design Banker’s own composable starting from Event designer, ready to use deeply rich functional Microservices and a score of API on Cloud Headless. When we combine these 4 principles, it creates a magical name for our Technology eMACH - events, Microservices, APIs, Cloud and Headless.
Today, we celebrate our first anniversary with 325 functional, rich, and technologically independent Microservices, up from 285 Microservices last year. We are celebrating wiring over 400 events using 1600 APIs for Designing a Composable Experience by our bankers or our partners like Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, and PwC on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) clouds.
During the year, we have won 29 mandates from global banks who have decided to choose eMACH.ai and engaged with over 150 eMACH.ai workshops to help design their future impact around Opportunities and customers instead of using Technology for just Maximisation and Optimisation.
