I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new role as Director - Global Test Engineering at TTI Floor Care North America!
2002 - 2022. A 20-year long wonderful learning journey of solid professional and personal growth, this chapter is complete today as its last working day at Whirlpool and will move on with a new role next week.
The leadership model and value system at Whirlpool Corporation provided me with an all-round development platform. It has been a life-transforming journey. Throughout this journey, I could be a part of an impactful teaming model including the global V&V team, process partners ( Subsystems, Quality, GPO V&V function) and external experts.
Furthermore, my worldview expanded and touched different continents. It expanded my cultural understanding and gave me an opportunity to be a part of a fantastic global family with whom I shared many proud delivery achievements and learning moments. It was a dream come true to lead and learn with teams spanned over Asia, Europe, US, Mexico and Brazil. I cannot emphasize how memorable my journey was with each one of you as we evolved and grew together and I look forward to staying in touch.
I want to take this opportunity to mention visionary leaders - Sugosh Venkataraman, Shree Dandekar, Vikram Handa, Vikas Malhotra,Vikas Singhal, Ken Kleinhample, Pradeep Kumar Sholingar, Gary Ford and many more around the globe - who coached, sponsored and encouraged me to take up new challenges through my professional life. Thank you for your valuable insights, pushing and holding me through uncomfortable situations and making me learn to maneuver over uncertain situations.
Last but not the least, I want to thank my family - my wife, Nayana, my daughters, Anuya and Anagha, and my brother, Ashwin for their constant support and encouragement throughout this journey.
While I am excited to move on to my new role and experiences, it is hard to say goodbye. So I am ending this post by sharing some happy moments 📸 from my daily interactions with my family at Whirlpool Corporation over the past two decades.
