Ashley D. Freeman, MPH is a dedicated advocate focusing on enhancing access to behavioral and sexual health services for vulnerable populations.

With a Master's Degree in Public Health from George Mason University and a BA in Broadcast Journalism from Hofstra University, Ashley possesses a diverse educational background.

Throughout her professional journey, Ashley has held various roles in notable organizations such as Founder & Editor in Chief at Don't Die Afraid, Program Associate at Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI), and Health Communications Consultant at PCORI.

Her experience includes being a Behavioral Health Policy and Practice Intern at the National Council for Behavioral Health, Graduate Assistant at George Mason University's Office of Diversity, Inclusion, and Multicultural Education, and a Faculty Advisor at Envision Experience.

Ashley has also contributed to Yext as a Client Support Specialist, NBCUniversal, Inc. as an Intern for NBC Specials and The Melissa Harris-Perry Show, and iVillage.com as a Digital Video Intern.
