Ashley Toombs is a dedicated professional with a strong passion for innovative companies, non-profits, and social enterprises aimed at solving global challenges.

With a background that spans international and domestic realms, Ashley excels in innovation, strategic thinking, and working collaboratively in high-pressure environments.

Her extensive experience includes engaging with entrepreneurial leaders across non-profit, public, and private sectors, from grassroots initiatives to national policy implementation.

Ashley brings a wide range of skills such as international development, project management, fundraising, consulting, program design, event planning, monitoring and evaluation, and community engagement.

She holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts with majors in International Studies and Spanish, and a minor in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from Fairfield University.

Ashley Toombs has also studied at Marlboro High School and Universidad de Buenos Aires, enhancing her global perspective and knowledge.

Throughout her career, Ashley has held key roles at prestigious organizations such as BRAC, where she led Climate Change initiatives at BRAC & BRAC International, and served as the Director of External Affairs, Manager of External Affairs, and Program Manager at BRAC USA.

Prior to BRAC, Ashley was involved in impactful roles at The Nature Conservancy and the Peace Corps, where she contributed as a Technical Facilitator, Community-Based Environmental Management Volunteer Coordinator, and Educator.

Her diverse experiences have honed her skills in leadership, cross-cultural communication, program implementation, and stakeholder engagement, making her a valuable asset in the field of international development and social impact.
