Life update:
Unfortunately I was impacted by layoffs this summer after almost 4 years with the The New York Times and over a year with the newly acquired company, The Athletic. This experience has been filled with ups and downs, but I can say I’ve gotten to a place where I’m grateful for every new day.
Sharing to continue to activate my network and now that I’ve moved past the feeling of embarrassment. Life happens and it’s really out of our control. As someone who prides themself on being independent I’ve learned that there is nothing wrong with seeking support or help in different seasons or at anytime.
In my career I’ve hired over a thousand people and built programs and initiatives that have lasted beyond my tenure, I’m proud of that. Now that I’m looking and ready for my next chapter I ask for your support in connections to roles and/or opportunities.
