With a background in Humanities, he has a strong passion for society, economics, history, and literature, further reinforced by his current role as a student journalist at The Times of India.

Asish has a deep fascination for policy and perspectives, having engaged in policy briefs and formulation, with plans for future internships in this field.

He extensively engages with international relations through reading reports and participation in events, with past affiliations with organizations like the UN, World Bank, NATO, and BRICS.

An advocate for technology, Asish leveraged it during his tenure as Secretary-General at AUXEMUN to provide quality experiences to over 100 students, especially during the pandemic.

His commitment extends to various organizations, including roles at the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network Youth, Public Policy Network, Internationalize With Us, Global Youth India, and more.

Asish aims to contribute towards India's progress through active involvement in building a resilient and happy society.

Education-wise, he holds a High School Diploma in Humanities from St. Augustine's Day School, Barrackpore, and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations at Ashoka University.
