Asma Kasuba is a highly experienced professional with over 25 years of expertise in medical device and pharmaceutical development.

Currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategic Business Transformation at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, Asma leads a team of strategic advisors and Program Managers, providing support for large-scale strategic programs.

In her previous roles, Asma excelled in leading Project Management Teams handling a diverse portfolio of Established/Mature Brands worth over $7 billion in global annual sales, where she focused on maximizing value through late life cycle product development and market exit strategies.

She has extensive experience in leading development teams through clinical planning, regulatory approvals in various regions, life cycle planning, clinical development, regulatory risk mitigation, business planning, and developmental stage gates.

Prior to her current position, Asma gained valuable experience at Pfizer in Regulatory Affairs and Project Management, where she integrated international and US regulatory knowledge to support the introduction of new technologies and electronic health authority submissions.

Asma's specialties include Drug Development, Project Management, Portfolio Prioritization, Portfolio Optimization, Due Diligence, Governance, and Alliance Management.

Education-wise, Asma holds a Stanford Advanced Project Management (SAPM) Certification, an MBA in International Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a BS in Biochemistry from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick.
