Assaf Zeira

Assaf Zeira is a highly educated individual with a strong background in food science and chemistry.

He holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Chemistry and a Master of Science in Food Science from the prestigious Weizmann Institute of Science and The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, respectively.

Additionally, Assaf completed his Bachelor of Science in Food Science at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, showcasing his dedication to academic excellence.

Throughout his career, Assaf has held various research positions in reputable organizations, where he has honed his expertise in chemistry and formulation.

Currently, Assaf serves as the Head of Chemistry at Ripples, demonstrating his leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of the field.

Prior to his current role, he worked as an R&D Researcher in Ink Formulation at Bordeaux Digital Printink and gained valuable experience as a Formulation Research Assistant at Transpharma Medical and a Research Assistant at Etrog Biotechnology.

With his extensive academic background and hands-on experience in research and formulation, Assaf Zeira is a well-rounded professional in the field of chemistry and food science.
