Recognition- how do you reward your top performers?
Last week I completed BeNext's certification program about the HR Business Partner in the New World of Work as part of Gojek's learning program.
In one of the sessions, Dave Ulrich (the HRBP founding father) spoke about dividing leaders budget for performance bonus so that the leader is asked to distribute:
80% to his direct team and 20% to employees that are external of his/her direct team
What do you think? Could this add value to the way we recognize our strong performers across the organization?

Thank you Gojek for giving me the opportunity to take part in this exclusive Coaching Program.
I'm proud to be working in an organization that continuously invests in its talent pool and creates an ongoing learning culture.
This specific program focused on providing internal HR partners practical coaching knowledge so that we can give back to our gotroop leaders - support, push and challenge them to unlock their leadership potential.
