Highlights
I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Executive Director at Beauty Beyond Borders!
Apologies for the upcoming rant, and I hate to do this, but I'm left with no other choice than this by Shiprocket and Shadowfax. (No tweets / emails / tagging founders worked)
On 28th Oct 2022, I placed two outstation delivery orders via #Shiprocket and opted for #Shadowfax couriers (my misfortune). The packages were picked 4 days later (1st Nov), no POD details shared and a fake NDR raised right next day by the courier partner. Ever since, neither Shiprocket nor Shadowfax has cared to call me even once, hear me out or decided to help. To my utter shock, both my orders were cancelled "automatically" on 10th Nov and fresh orders placed, ready to be dispatched. But, what do I ship when my packages have not been returned?!
Shadowfax has claimed no packages were picked (theft, in that case).
Shiprocket, to my dismal, didn't care at all. I sent them CCTV footage and screenshots of my order tracking, but they ignored all of that. Unfortunately, I didn't get the signed manifest (even though it never mattered before), hence they won't offer any assistance.
This should caution all enterprises to choose wisely before considering to give their business to Shiprocket and Shadowfax. These were expensive products which I had dispatched, now most probably lost to a point of no return. Mistakes happen, at times you have to raise the issue, and solutions are offered. But, not in the case where these two parties are involved. Such a shame!
For your reference, see attached screenshot of one of my order tracking. The courier agency themselves updated 'pickup done' but still have the audacity to deny it, supported by the aggregator.
