Highlights
Haven't been on LinkedIn in so long but trying to get everything updated and be more active. The last three years have been busy getting the farm life established in North East Texas. We raise bees, chickens, garden etc. with the mission of providing organic natural products not tainted by poisons...I'm so tired of all of the poison and unnecessary things added to our food, water, toys etc. so my goal is to help educate and promote getting back to nature the way God intended for us. I'm also completely addicted to crochet so make lots of toys and fun things my hand with love. I'm still licensed as a Real Estate Agent in Arizona mostly working with seller's and taking care of a few military landlords who rent their homes in AZ. I obtained my Real Estate License in Texas as well so am working to build my Texas network and clients to provide the same quality of service I provided for 10 years in AZ.
Veteran buyers and veteran sellers who want to support their military family are being seriously hurt and pushed out of home ownership opportunities in hot markets by whatever the VA guidelines are for appraisals. Sellers are aware that VA appraisals come in $5k-40k lower than appraisals for other loan types on the same home.
This, in my opinion, is creating a serious equal housing opportunity issue. I need to know who to call and what we can do to fix this.
