Looking back at a great week full of inspiration. It has been wonderful to meet the team and Zambian stakeholders in Lusaka! The USAID Zambia Accessible Markets for Health (ZAM-Health) program aims to sustainably increase the availability and accessibility of quality health products and services in the private sector.

PharmAccess Foundation is partner for customizing/implementing SafeCare stepwise quality improvement and exploring access to loans with the Medical Credit Fund Africa | PharmAccess Group to strengthen the delivery of quality health services.

Meetings with Health Professions Council Zambia (HPCZ), National Health Insurance Management Authority (NHIMA), the Ministry of Health and the Zambia Medicines Regulatory Authority (ZAMRA) made it clear that collaboration and innovation will enhance sustainability and adoption across the Zambian healthcare ecosystem. We look forward to the next steps contributing to #UHC in Zambia!

After a great time at McKinsey (thanks all!), I'm excited to join PharmAccess Foundation to help contribute to its goal to make inclusive health markets work and bring access to better care for all in sub-Saharan Africa.

I am very excited to start this new chapter of my professional life pursuing my curiosity and interests with all that I have learned from and with my wonderful colleagues at McKinsey and Freetown City Council. The COVID-19 pandemic has also clearly underscored the importance of well-functioning health systems - so lots to address and dive into.

Do let me know in case you want to connect!
