Avery Birch is a dedicated law student at North Carolina Central University School of Law, with a strong academic and extracurricular track record.

During their time at NCCU School of Law, Avery actively participated in various leadership roles, including serving as the Class President and Student Representative for the Class of 2021, as well as holding the position of Vice President for the NCCU Law Women's Law Caucus.

Their exceptional advocacy skills were demonstrated through their involvement as a Competing Member of the Trial Team (AAJ), where Avery excelled in competitions such as the Willie Gary Opening Statement Competition and the Mike Easley Closing Argument Competition.

Avery Birch's educational background includes pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at NCCU School of Law and completing a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication with minors in Business and Political Science at The University of Alabama.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Avery gained valuable hands-on experience through various internships, such as working as a Certified Legal Intern at NCCU School of Law Criminal Defense Clinic, a Legal Intern at the North Carolina District Attorney's Office, and a Law Clerk for Judge Amber Davis Malarney.

Their diverse professional experience also includes roles in campaign volunteering, legal internships at different prosecutors' offices, and marketing and public relations positions in both legal and corporate settings.

Avery Birch's versatility is further reflected in their involvement in different organizations, from serving on the Public Relations Committee at Kappa Kappa Gamma to being an Assistant Director of Campus Relations Staff Intern at The University of Alabama.
