Aviva Musicus is a nutrition and food policy researcher with a background in advocacy and research. She focuses on investigating the impact of food-related environmental and policy changes on human health and behavior, particularly in areas such as food labeling, messaging, and marketing. Aviva is highly skilled in data analysis and graphic design.

Aviva completed her Doctor of Science in Nutrition at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and her Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies with a Concentration in Food and Agriculture at Yale University.

She has worked in various organizations including as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Research Assistant at University of Pennsylvania PEACH Lab, Nutrition Doctoral Candidate at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and in roles at the Center for Science in the Public Interest, IASO, Cornell Food and Brand Lab, Yale Rudd Center for Food Policy and Obesity, and Alpengirl Adventure Camp where she was a Backpacking Guide.
