Highlights
I’m excited to share my next chapter in my Morgan Stanley journey. Next week, I will transition over to Equity Research as part of the firm’s Experienced Professionals Program, an initiative created to recruit and develop Black and Hispanic professionals from diverse career and educational backgrounds (with or without a Finance background). When speaking to colleagues who have gone through the inaugural program, the analogy “drinking from a fire hose” has come up multiple times. I look forward to this challenge of processing new information at a high-volume, and developing new analytical and creative problem-solving skills along the way. I also can’t wait to connect with my future colleagues in the program and across MS Research. The last three years with Corporate FP&A have been a wonderful learning experience. My managers, coworkers, mentors, and friends all created an environment where I felt like I belonged and could make meaningful contributions to a team. I am happy to work with a team that supports and encourages internal mobility, and I look forward to staying connected!
