In 2019 we did a culture reform at AFEX. We called it #AtHomeAtWork and essentially, we said what will it take us to move from #Yahoo to #Google.

Today we continue to build on this, and strive to make AFEX to best place to work 😉😍.

This morning, I got an email from Yahoo, that I haven't signed into my email account in a while. For a minute I thought, what difference does it make? It is all junk emails anyway.

Besides that it was my first email account, opened in 1999 😉😅... And that comes with some emotions, yahoo has lost its relevance to me. It has become inconsequential!

How do organizations become inconsequential? How do they loose relevance? How do they go from #Yahoo to yahoo 🤔?

As a #founder or #ceo let's ask ourselves the difficult questions,

Do our organizations mean anything to our staff besides the salary earned? What do we mean to our customers beyond our product or service? Are we building a purpose-led or product-driven organization?

Are we approaching stasis and irrelevance? Are we on our path to hubris or greatness?

Are we #Yahoo or #Google?
