I’m thrilled to be entering a new space in the hospitality industry and to be creating world-class experiences for Dorsia members at such a pivotal moment in the organization.
The WeWork chapter has officially come to a close after almost 9 years of building technology, growing community, connecting member companies, and of course seeing the Chainsmokers on multiple occasions. I started in 2015 as a Front Desk Associate, delivering mail and learning the product on ground. Transitioning to the Technology team was a beautiful experience and has really framed my lens as a product person. I had the chance to work closely with Member Experience leadership (shoutout to Tasha Young & Kacie Manicone) to brainstorm how we could leverage technology to create magical experiences for members while also empowering internal employees to manage every aspect of their day-to-day. It was an immense joy to act as the Product Owner for Spacestation (our key internal proprietary platform) and deliver value to Community Teams and WeWork members alike, while also owning high-level product strategy.
Driving real-life experiences that authentically improve your workflow in a meaningful way—whether that be planning community events or finally making a reservation at Carbone after 10 years of being a New Yorker—is what gets me excited.
