Baby Squad, also known as Baby Sham, is a talented artist who made his mark in the Hip Hop industry back in 1997. He was discovered by director Benny Boom during a video shoot in Queens Bridge housing projects and later signed with Flipmode Entertainment, a label run by Chris Lighty of Violator Management and Busta Rhymes.

Throughout his career, Baby Sham collaborated with top artists like Busta Rhymes and Mariah Carey, contributing to platinum and gold-selling albums such as 'When Disaster Strikes' and 'The Imperial'. He also appeared on various soundtracks for movies like 'Slam', 'Why Do Fools Fall in Love', 'Dr. Dolittle 2', and 'Friday After Next'.

In 2004, Baby Sham received 2 ASCAP Rhythm and Soul Awards for his song 'I Know What You Want' with Mariah Carey, as well as a pop award by ASCAP. He was also recognized in 1999 with a Source Award for new artist of the year as part of the Flipmode Squad.

Currently, Baby Sham is working on his LP titled 'BLANK CANVAS' which is set to be released soon. He is also the CEO of his own business and has a background in education from studying at Albany Medical College and Long Island City High School.
