I'm working with my friends Nick Bruun and Derek Steer to help them hire a few high-ownership senior full stack engineers for their very small team at Superframe! They're in a close knit in-office team in San Francisco with 3 years of runway at a very fun stage. Let me know if you or someone you know is interested in learning more!

TLDR: I'm looking for Board Members with a Development focus to join me on the Youth Leadership Institute Board!

Hello LinkedIn Friends! I joined the board of Youth Leadership Institute about 6 months ago, and I recently took on a role as the head of the Development Committee! We're seeking new board members to join me on this important committee and help usher this part of the organization into a new phase with an increased emphasis on individual giving.

This organization speaks to me because it helps youth develop critical advocacy, communication and leadership skills, while also supporting justice platforms that directly impact their communities. I've linked an article from our blog that speaks to the kind of work we do to give youth a voice about what's important to them. If it resonates, I'd love to talk with you about the work we're doing and what it's like to be on the Board!

The Board and Development Committee are a great fit for mid-advanced career professionals with experience in fundraising, development, donor planning and/or non-profit board experience. Please feel free to share with your networks and reach out to me directly if you're interested or would like to introduce anyone who might be a good fit!

Bonus--you'd get to work with fantastic people like Tim Haydock, Patricia Barahona, Kristin Belden, and Laura H.. :)
